Terms of Service
Welcome to The Clean Crew. By booking our services, you (the 'Customer') agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a high standard of service and protection for both parties.
Services Provided
The Clean Crew provides professional residential and light commercial cleaning. Scope of work is defined at the time of booking (General, Deep, or Specialized). Any additional tasks requested on-site may incur extra charges.
Estimates & Pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information provided. If the condition of the property differs significantly from what was described, we reserve the right to adjust the price or time required.
Booking & Scheduling
Service dates are confirmed upon booking. While we strive for punctuality, arrival times are estimates. We will notify you of any significant delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept electronic transfers, cash or check. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.Â
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
Access to Property
The Customer must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to enter the property, a 'lock-out' fee may apply. Please provide any necessary codes or keys in advance.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to secure valuables and fragile items. Please ensure electricity and water are available for our team. We also ask that cluttered areas be tidied to allow for effective cleaning.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any area we have cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds.
Damage & Liability
We are fully insured. While we exercise extreme care, accidents can happen. We will repair or replace items damaged due to our negligence, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
Pets
We are a pet-friendly service. However, for the safety of our staff and your pets, we ask that aggressive or highly anxious pets be secured during the cleaning process.
Health & Safety
Our team follows strict safety protocols. We reserve the right to refuse service in environments that pose a health or safety risk, such as mold, biohazards, or extreme structural instability.
Limitation of Liability
The Clean Crew's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the cleaning service in question.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of booking and performing services. We will never sell your data to third parties.
Commercial Promotional Service Agreement
Any commercial or office customer receiving a discounted rate, promotional offer, special pricing, introductory pricing, or any other advertised commercial cleaning special from The Clean Crew agrees to maintain active recurring cleaning service for a minimum period of ninety (90) days from the date of the initial service. If service is canceled by the customer before the completion of the 90-day commitment period, The Clean Crew reserves the right to invoice the customer for the difference between the discounted promotional rate and the standard service rate for all services provided during the contract period.
Residential Promotional Service AgreementÂ
Any residential customer receiving a discounted rate, promotional offer, special pricing, introductory pricing, or any other advertised residential cleaning special from The Clean Crew agrees to maintain active recurring cleaning service for a minimum period of ninety (90) days from the date of the initial service. If service is canceled by the customer before the completion of the 90-day commitment period, The Clean Crew reserves the right to invoice the customer for the difference between the discounted promotional rate and the standard service rate for all services provided during the commitment period. The 90-day service commitment applies only when promotional or discounted residential pricing has been accepted by the customer and does not apply to services billed at standard rates unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if our staff feels unsafe, disrespected, or if the working conditions are found to be hazardous.
Changes to These Terms
The Clean Crew reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
